Founder, Business Strategist, Claims Innovator, AI Platform Developer. Matthew Bronsky Barsauckas is a Scottish born UK entrepreneur, business strategist and software innovator whose career spans approximately four decades across business development, insolvency, financial services, asset management, claims processing, forensic auditing and artificial intelligence platforms. His career has been defined by a consistent focus on solving complex commercial and financial problems through the creation of systems, methodologies and technology platforms designed to identify risk, recover value, improve compliance and automate operational processes.

Early career: Began in public and private training sectors during the 1980s, managing large scale employment and training programmes throughout Scotland, including management positions within local government, before founding businesses in workforce development, training provision and business support services. In the early 1990s, established IMS Holdings, a diversified business group reportedly operating across training, printing, building, retail, property investment, manufacturing and entertainment, employing hundreds of staff and generating multi million pound revenues.
Business protection and insolvency: Through the 1990s and 2000s, developed a strong specialism in business protection, insolvency planning, corporate restructuring and asset preservation. Founded WestCorp UK and created the Business Insolvency Cover Plan concept, designed to help businesses mitigate financial distress, creditor actions, administration and liquidation. This led to broader involvement in corporate advisory, business acquisitions, offshore structures, international company formations and cross border consultancy across the UK, Europe, the Caribbean and North America.
Financial services and asset management: Expanded into financial services, working with institutional investors, pension funds, asset managers and investment structures. Consultancy work covered regulatory matters, compliance, derivatives, portfolio monitoring, fee analysis and governance reviews, developing expertise in identifying inefficiencies, overcharges and recovery opportunities within complex financial products, shaping a later focus on forensic auditing and remediation.
Claims management and financial remediation: Became heavily involved in claims management, complaint handling and financial remediation across mortgages, pensions, investments, interest rate swaps, endowments, commission structures and other regulated products, using structured audit methodologies to identify breaches, overcharging and mis selling. Developed large scale claims processing systems and workflows to manage significant case volumes while maintaining audit trails, compliance oversight and operational efficiency.
Technology and software development: Increasingly focused on transforming specialist knowledge into technology, becoming involved in audit software, claims management systems, workflow platforms and compliance tools capable of automating complex review processes, designed to reduce manual intervention and improve scalability and consistency. This evolution led to the formation of OCC Software and associated technology businesses focused on digital transformation within claims and remediation.
Artificial intelligence and OCC AI Platforms: In recent years, focus has centred on artificial intelligence, automation and agentic systems. Through OCC AI Platforms and related ventures, decades of experience in claims, compliance, financial services and forensic analysis are combined with modern AI technologies, developing platforms that automate data collection, evidence gathering, compliance reviews, document generation, claim assessment and workflow management across B2B and consumer facing environments, aiming to transform labour intensive professional services into scalable, real time technology solutions.

Public sector foundations (1986 to 1992): Career began managing community employment programmes for South Lanarkshire Council and North Ayrshire training provision, overseeing large staff cohorts and government funded schemes.
Entrepreneurial expansion (1990 to 2003): Founded IMS Holdings, a multi sector trading group across training, printing, building, retail, property, manufacturing and entertainment, employing over 500 people with a turnover of £6.2 million. Parallel ventures included waste management strategy work and a seven branch retail chain across Scotland.
Insolvency specialism established (1993 onward): Founded WestCorp UK and created the Business Insolvency Cover Plan (BICP) format, a product later licensed and sold internationally, establishing a long term specialism in business and personal insolvency protection.
Financial markets grounding (1995 to 2023): Nearly three decades as Operations Director at Equity Transaction Securities, leading equity trading teams and building online platforms for equities, FX and rate derivatives using PHP, HTML, SQL and MySQL, providing a long running technical and markets foundation.
International and offshore expansion (2000s): WestCorp structures extended into the EU (Brussels office), British Virgin Islands, and Delaware, alongside offshore consultancy for UK and EU corporate clients.
Consultancy network era (2009 to 2022): A dense, overlapping network of consultancies across litigation funding, pension fund reviews, mis sold financial product audits (IRSA, QROPS, endowments, UCIS, ISAs, trail commissions), debt advice, business acquisitions, and offshore company formation, mostly operating under WestCorp and eClaims umbrellas.
Social enterprise contribution (2015 to 2017): Director of Consumer Debt Advice CIC, a not for profit providing free debt advice across Glasgow and Birmingham via the Debt Gateway portal.
Convergence into AI claims technology (2017 to present): Founded OCC, bringing together insolvency, litigation funding, regulatory compliance and financial audit expertise accumulated over 25 years into a forensic AI claims and litigation funding intelligence platform, now expanded across UK and US operations.
Expanded AI platform reach across multi sectors (2026 to present): Founded Wolf AI Labs, developing AI powered platforms that help Enterprise providers & SMEs work smarter, reduce costs, improve compliance, and unlock new opportunities for growth.
